Most relevant functionalities
- Pre-litigation debt collection proceedings
We see ourselves as a mediator between you and your debtor. Our goal is to resolve the matter as quickly as possible without the lengthy involvement of the courts.
- Judicial enforcement of claims with specialized lawyers
If necessary, we will apply for a payment order and enforcement order on your behalf. Once a legal title has been obtained, the chances of success for various enforcement measures are assessed—for example, account or wage garnishment by means of an attachment and transfer order, or enforcement against movable assets.
- Long-term monitoring
As part of our long-term monitoring, we regularly review the financial situation of your debtors. If an improvement in creditworthiness is identified, your claim will be pursued again. In this way, even claims that were written off long ago can still be successfully recovered.

Unfortunately, the integration of Elite Inkasso GmbH isn't available for gyms located in your country () and therefore cannot be activated in the Magicline.
Please make sure that your Magicline package supports the setup of one or multiple partner integrations in order to activate this interface.
