With EGYM, every workout area, machine, and process works together in sync. Members start with a body scan at the Fitness Hub, then tap onto any equipment using NFC, Apple Wallet (Series 3), or an RFID wristband. The equipment sets seat heights automatically, logs every rep, and guides members through a workout suited to their level. Through the Branded Member App, EGYM keeps your name front and centre, helping you message members directly and guide their routines.
EGYM also lightens the load for your team. Automated tasks remove tedious admin, giving staff more time for coaching and managing the business. The Business Suite gives you clear data so you can make informed decisions for your location, members, and financial goals
Most relevant functionalities
Data Synchronization – Master data, contracts, and memberships are automatically synced from Magicline to EGYM
RFID & Check-in – Sign in to EGYM devices using the existing studio card; check-ins are automatically recorded in reports and challenges
Verified Login – Access to the EGYM Branded Member App is restricted to active members only and can be controlled based on membership type
Product Booking – EGYM+ and Machine Admission can be booked directly in Magicline without manual activation
Native Classes & MyAccount – Class booking and contract management are native features within the Branded Member App
EGYM Wellpass – Automatic account creation; check-in via studio card instead of a QR code
Set up interface
Unfortunately, the integration of EGYM isn't available for gyms located in your country () and therefore cannot be activated in the Magicline.
Please make sure that your Magicline package supports the setup of one or multiple partner integrations in order to activate this interface.

In your Magicline, visit the Marketplace and find 'Activate EGYM'.
First, the data processing agreement must be signed with EGYM if this has not already happened.
The EGYM Ops team will then contact you to check whether data cleansing is necessary and agree the date on which EGYM will activate the API to start using the Magicline data.
On the day of activation, EGYM activates the API and performs basic testing.
